What do your favorite groomers from Soggy Paws do on their days off? They go to dog shows to show dogs! Dog showing isn’t just a beauty pageant. These dogs are meticulously bathed and groomed weekly to keep long, luscious coat. Dogs and their handlers go to training classes regularly to work on walking on leash at the correct speeds to show off the dog’s reach, drive, carriage, and gait.

Dog showing is a passion that comes from the love of preserving these breeds that have lasted so many years through history.

Audri is showing a Löwchen (Little Lion Dog) named Memphis who she has worked with for many months!

Cat grooming is necessary; especially if you have a long haired cat. Snowy comes every 6 weeks on the dot to stay mat and tangle free. #catgroomersofinstagram #losangelesgroomer

Emergencies happen, are you prepared? Open to pet professionals AND pet parents. We are hosting a Pet CPR & First Aid class Sunday September 27. Check out the LINK IN OUR BIO for more information and to get tickets.

Coffee and light refreshments will be provided!

The ultimate deshed!
Koda was such a great sport for the amount of work that went into him. It’s a true transFURmation. #deshed #doggrooming

Toby has been coming to us since we opened in 2014! Such an honor to be apart of his life ❤️ He’s always been a little nervous man even though he is always babied with us 😂 We love this little man.

One of our employee benefits that we offer at Soggy Paws is paid continuing education. Our industry is always evolving and there’s always room for more knowledge, no matter how long you’ve been grooming!

Jenni, Audri, and Thanya attended a 2 day seminar with @antfloresgroomer on their days off to learn more about Asian Fusion styles. They borrowed 3 of Jessica’s toy poodles 🐩 for the hands-on day and turned them into 3 master pieces! These girls went into the salon in their day off, bathed and prepped these dogs, then drove out to Riverside and spent the day learning. We are so proud and love their desire to keep learning 🥰
